We combine Data science and Typology to deliver accurate Community driven Assessments and provide comprehensive Typing services.
TypologyTesting.com measures cognitive functions and other typology systems, including Enneagram, Socionics, and more, instead of assigning a four-letter label. The full assessment is free, scoring is transparent, and theory guides cover all eight cognitive functions, sixteen types, and beyond.
Scores are built from a calibrated item bank using item response theory (IRT) and ongoing validation against real response data. We apply dimensional reduction, including uniform manifold approximation and projection (UMAP), to map high-dimensional patterns in those responses into interpretable trait profiles. The typologist marketplace and community directory connect practitioners and servers to the same shared item bank and calibration data.
